All ages and genders are welcome with any fitness level
Whether you have no experience, recovered from a joint replacement ( I had 2 hip replacements ) or simply need a little push, this class will use those muscles that you didn’t know existed, keep you going when otherwise you would stop and the LIVE instruction will hold you accountable and keep you injury free.

Total Body Conditioning
A conditioning class that works your body head to toe.
Starts with the warm up, followed by core exercises and weight training, challenged with cardio elements that can be personalized to your needs. It increases your heart rate, engages your muscles and makes your soul happy. We finish each class with gentle stretches.
Equipment needed for virtual class (provided for in-person):
Dumbells ( 1 heavy and 1 light set of dumbbells)
Mat (or towel)

These classes are designed for LADIES ONLY who are ready to feel strong again and need a gentle approach.
I provide equipment, guidance, music and motivation!
Each 60 minutes class contains:
warm up,
core conditioning,
full body strength training,
optional cardio and relaxing stretches.
